Senior Project Manager

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software and services projects, delivering on-time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, mitigating risks, and fostering trust and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and professional growth while maintaining a high level of performance and accountability.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and key metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Travel up to 25% for client meetings, ensuring strong relationships and the successful execution of projects.

Experience: 5 years of experience in enterprise software project management, with a focus on large-scale client projects. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
