As a Project Manager with RK Water, you’ll plan, direct, and coordinate projects, accounts, and service work supporting digital infrastructure and data center hydronic systems. You’ll play a key role in managing complex fill, flush, and passivation projects while ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.

This role brings together project management, water treatment coordination, financial oversight, scheduling, documentation, and customer relationships. You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, and project partners to coordinate resources and logistics within demanding data center schedules and project requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate RK Water projects, accounts, and service work supporting digital infrastructure and data center hydronic systems, including fill, flush, passivation, water treatment, and testing.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, documentation, billings, change conditions, cost control, labor productivity, and project closeout.
• Coordinate field resources, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and project logistics to support successful project execution and schedule requirements.
• Oversee water treatment activities, testing, reporting, project documentation, and required meetings while ensuring deliverables remain aligned with project specifications and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, internal teams, and project partners while identifying project needs, managing changes, and supporting overall account success.

What You’ll Bring

• College or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, contracts, cost control, and project financial performance.
• Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Experience supporting mechanical, hydronic, water treatment, data center, or other complex construction/service projects preferred.
• Ability to manage project documentation, billing, change conditions, labor productivity, scheduling, and closeout activities.
