We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs for high-profile clients. You’ll bring strategic insight, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget.  Our Loyalty PMO team delivers large-scale, integrated programs that unite strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology to create exceptional client outcomes.
Job requirements
  • 7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment.
  • Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively.
  • Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a strategic partner, developing deep knowledge of client goals, industry context, competitors, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communications, risk and change management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resources, including forecasting, tracking spend, developing statements of work, and identifying growth  opportunities.
  • Facilitate ongoing client communication — leading updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health.
  • Establish clear communication cadences and documentation, ensuring clarity on milestones, achievements, and resolutions.
  • Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables and continuously improve project processes.
  • Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for added value.

Benefits
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 CAD annually.

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience in project management or project lead roles
  • Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in project planning tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
