OverviewThe Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Creating and executing Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas and Status Reports and revising as appropriate to meet project needs and requirements
Identifying resources needed and managing assigned resources
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applying PMO methodology and enforcing project standards
Managing multiple projects at once with one week to multi- month life cycles
Tracking risks, hardware and personnel
Collaborating with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored and billed appropriately
Participate in onsite client meetings as needed
Skills & Experience:
7-15+ years’ experience in trading technology: Infrastructure, Telcom, Managed Service
Provider, Risk, Clearing, Trade Execution, ISV, Fix Protocol or Market Data Platforms
Hands on technical skills with exposure to a wide variety of infrastructure and application technologies to include: network infrastructure, server operating systems, storage area networks, application monitoring systems, configuration & change management systems
Project Management certification from PMP, SCRUM or PRINCE2 a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong oral presentation skills
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in the Computer Sciences, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $122,000K-$145,000K annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
