As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from concept through product launch, ensuring successful delivery aligned with quality, cost, and timing objectives. Your role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing APQP deliverables, and ensuring strong communication between project teams, management, and stakeholders to support high-quality product launches.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, engineering, and plant operations.
Manage projects through APQP deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within quality standards, and at the required product cost.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Lead phase review activities and presentations through the NPDP / NTD processes.
Assess project issues and develop corrective and preventative action plans when necessary.
Ensure clear and effective communication across project teams and leadership.
Escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables to ensure proactive resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in a product development environment.
Minimum 7 years of engineering project management experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
Strong experience with APQP and PMO practices.
Experience working directly with Automotive OEM or Tier-1 customers.
Advanced problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams and customers.
Strong presentation and training capabilities.
PMP certification, MS in Engineering or Business, or design engineering experience is a plus.
Fluent English required.
