Key Areas of Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire process of handling overseas projects related to SBL and Margin Finance business.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and other relevant departments.
Collaborate with the business department to sort out requirements and complete project documentation.
Complete the requirement analysis and product design, and ensure technical feasibility and user experience.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with teams.
Monitor the project progress, quality, and cost, and solve risk problems.
Organize project development, testing, and UAT verification; ensure business launch on time.
Requirements
A Bachelor degree or above, with majors in Computer Science or Finance is preferred.
Min. 15 years of experience in IT project management, preferably from global bank/FI with experience in regional projects
Familiar with the management and development process of securities companies.
At least one programming language such as Java/C++, with the Java technology stack preferred.
Fluent in Chinese and English and adaptable to communication with overseas teams.
A strong understanding of both IT systems and the business logic.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong learning ability, highly responsible, with strong ability to withstand pressure.
