- Facilitate technology adoption, ensuring clients are prepared, trained, and supported to use Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Modern Workplace solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, delivering the project while ensuring user adoption and change readiness

- Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly, providing thought leadership in both system integration and application development
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies and best practices, learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in project management at a professional services or consulting organization
- Familiarity with OCM frameworks like Prosci ADKA
- Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Strong understanding of IT project management tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
