The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing critical projects and initiatives as well as stakeholder relationships across various functions and geographies in Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.

• Driving strategic cross functional/geographic projects for the organization

• Coordinating with internal and external parties to execute against project plans and timelines

• Assisting with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed

• Additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office 

 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with profound experience in project/program management skills, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans

 

Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience driving cross functional initiatives impacting multiple geographies

• Medical device manufacturing company experience

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with and positively influence people at all levels of the organization to achieve project deliverables

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

 

Work location: Candidate must be based in Ireland

Work Type: Remote

 

Travel: May include up to [20%][domestic/international]
