Job Summary
Valiantys BX and DACH (Netherlands,Germany and Switzerland) are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for technology and a knack for delivering projects with precision and excellence. You will be a key player in orchestrating and delivering these transformative projects to our clients.
Purpose & Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Take ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
Team Coordination
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
Scope Management
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Resource Allocation
Efficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.
Risk Assessment
Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance
Ensure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.
Sales Support
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation. Contribute to deal shaping by providing delivery insights and risk identification to support successful and profitable engagements.
Technical Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and solutions to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports.
Do you have what it takes to be our future Project Manager?
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration — or you are PMP certified.
You have proven experience in project management, particularly in the technology or software development sector.
You have a strong grasp of project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum, and you’re proficient in using project management tools and software. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
You are passionate about innovation and eager to stay current with emerging technologies.
You speak Dutch, German, and English at a professional working level.
Experience with the Atlassian stack is a nice plus.
This role can be located anywhere in the Netherlands. We offer flexible remote/office hybrid working policy.
