Job Description — Senior Project Manager (AI Platform)
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with AI experience to lead delivery of a multi-module B2B SaaS Agentic AI Platform. This role ensures predictable execution across AI products, coordinates engineering and stakeholders, and drives governance using AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Planning
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI platform modules and core services.
- Build integrated roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Run Agile ceremonies and track velocity and progress.
2. Governance
- Maintain a single source of truth in Confluence / SharePoint.
- Track decisions, risks, requirements, and project documentation.
3. Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Manage cross-team dependencies and escalation processes.
- Communicate with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting.
4. Backlog & AI Workflows
- Manage backlog in Jira.
- Use AI tools like Claude for planning, reporting, and prioritization.
5. Release & Resource Management
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and releases.
- Perform capacity planning and monitor budgets.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software project/program management.
- 3+ years delivering AI/ML or Large Language Model solutions.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud environments like AWS.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in BPO or contact center AI solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices.
- Certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.

- Direct to: Sr. Director of PMO
- Functional/Project to: Director of AI Products & Services.
