Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or relevant science and engineering;

本科及以上学历，工业工程类专业或相关理工科；

• More than 10 years of Automotive industry experience. More than 5 years of Lean production related experience in manufacturing-type enterprise, and 2-3 years management experience for lean manufacture.

具有10年以上汽车行业经验，5年以上生产型企业精益生产相关工作经验，2-3年精益生产及相关管理经验 ；

• Familiar with lean theory, possess experiences of organizing and leading lean manufacturing improvement;

熟悉精益理念，有组织和领导精益生产改善经验

• Proficient in lean production knowledge and tools (5s, 7 kinds of waste, improve, visual management, VSM, standardize work, TPM, logistic etc.);

精通精益生产相关知识和工具（5S，七种浪费，改善，目视化管理, 价值流分析，TPM, 物流等）；

• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

• Good English skills;

英语良好；
