Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for capital projects at our Fayetteville, AR facility. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with company policies. Your role will focus on delivering high-value asset allocation through structured engineering workflows while continuing to develop your project management expertise.
Your Impact
- Lead the execution of capital investment projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI to ensure project success.
- Manage external relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, engineering service providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement structured engineering processes to meet project objectives for cost, schedule, and performance.
- Provide accurate project planning, reporting, and spending forecasts.
- Travel approximately 10% to company locations, vendors, suppliers, and other sites as needed.
Your Experience
- BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing and food process system design.
- Experience in project engineering and execution.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles in engineering design.
- Proven ability to translate project requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing experience required.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
