  • Define, track, and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure program success, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and customer value.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks to global operations programs, ensuring business continuity and reliable service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted leader and communicator, influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear, authentic, and data‑driven insights.
  • Champion an agile, self‑directed operating model, empowering teams to innovate, adapt quickly, and deliver high‑impact results in a fast‑evolving global environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Program Management experience, including leadership of large‑scale, complex, global operations or supply chain programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Global Operations, Supply Chain, or Program Management leadership role, preferably within a technology‑driven Utilities & Energy environment.
  • Deep knowledge of global supply chain principles, supply chain resiliency, manufacturing operations, logistics, inventory management, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to operate as a self‑driven, accountable, and highly organized leader who can manage ambiguity, set priorities, and deliver results without constant supervision.

  • Experience leveraging supply chain and operations technologies to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer‑centric outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent operations or supply chain credentials.
