About the role
- Lead and inspire core teams of program contributors across our R&D, Global Operations and multiple Business Units departments.
- Drive programs from concept through delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and on budget.
- Manage a portfolio of programs at varying levels of complexity, balancing competing priorities with strategic execution.
- Apply program management best practices, including phase-gate/product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in France, the U.S., and many other global locations, coordinating across time zones.
- Act as a problem solver and conflict manager, holding stakeholders accountable and keeping initiatives moving forward.
- Proven success in leading global, cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.
- Technical background (e.g., product development, engineering, construction, IT infrastructure) paired with strong business acumen.
- Strong execution experience: taking programs from strategy to delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PMP certification (preferred but not required). Demonstrated ability to apply structured program management principles without it.
- Experience with change management practices is a plus.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in software or technical product environments.

Depending on your experience, this role is expected to offer between 28,000,000 HUF and 35,000,000 HUF annually, plus eligibility for an individual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. We review compensation regularly to stay competitive in the market.
