We are seeking a Program Manager to join our R&D PMO team to help organize and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams. This role focuses on bringing structure, visibility, and alignment across programs while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to help coordinate initiatives and maintain alignment across teams.
Program Organization: Support the planning, tracking, and organization of multiple programs, ensuring workstreams stay visible, organized, and moving forward.
High-Level Engagement: Conduct strategic meetings with stakeholders to review project statuses, address concerns, obtain feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implementation Planning: Develop and monitor implementation plans that track progress against defined business goals, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, addressing potential risks or issues swiftly to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting & Insights: Assist in building dashboards or reporting views using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide visibility into program health and progress.
Domain Partnership: Build working knowledge of investment management domains such as risk, alternatives, or portfolio management to effectively collaborate with business and product teams.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Experience: 2–6 years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
Highly Organized: You enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and informed.
Collaborative Communicator: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business functions.
Adaptable and Strategic: Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
Tool Familiarity: Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Salesforce, or similar platforms for program tracking and workflow management.
Data & Reporting Awareness: Familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
Growth Mindset/AI: Curious and motivated to grow in emerging technologies. Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications, with the ability to identify opportunities for integrating AI solutions into daily operations to enhance efficiency and drive informed business decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field preferred.
Salary Range
$88,800.00 - $115,200.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
