We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive our lead enablement strategy and automation initiatives for Lucid Motors. This role is critical in optimizing the initial phases of our customer journey, transforming how we identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers. Working directly with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, this position will be instrumental in building a seamless bridge between marketing initiatives and sales execution to drive customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies, systems, and processes across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our luxury brand positioning and customer experience standards
  •  Own the lead qualification framework, including development and ongoing optimization of lead scoring models that drive sales team prioritization and resource allocation
  • Create and maintain automated workflows that enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes, directly supporting field sales team effectiveness
  •  Develop and optimize campaign management tools and event-driven lead capture systems that scale with our growing market presence
  •  Partner with Sales Analytics to develop comprehensive analytics and reporting frameworks to measure lead quality, conversion rates, and program effectiveness
  •  Partner with Marketing and Web teams to ensure lead generation initiatives support broader campaign strategies and deliver an exceptional digital experience
  •  Lead continuous improvement initiatives for lead management processes, incorporating feedback from field sales teams and market performance data
  •  Drive the strategic evolution of our lead management technology stack, ensuring systems integration and data integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in lead generation, marketing automation, or sales operations, preferably in a luxury or automotive environment · 5+ years' experience in a direct sales and/or marketing capacity, preferably in a luxury or automotive environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing lead qualification frameworks
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements that deliver measurable business results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury or automotive direct-to-consumer sales
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Background in sales enablement or sales operations
  • Experience working with field sales teams in a retail environment

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

 

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$105,400$144,980 USD
