Summary of Position
Teladoc is looking for a hands-on Sr. Technical Specialist (Oracle) with an ability to wear multiple hats. Some of the areas that the person will support include migration of configuration changes from lower environment to production as part of deployment work required to complete a periodic release, supporting quarterly audit requests for evidence, supporting the SDLC process, etc. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing needs of the organization. The person should enjoy working closely with customers and other teams, and engaging end-users in troubleshooting issues. Strong verbal and written communication are required.
Responsibilities
Deployment of objects in Oracle ERP Cloud system, OIC and Enterprise Performance Management systems.
Manage users access and provision roles and data access based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix
Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Align segregation of duties and security profiles
Provide support for end user access issues including troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
Manage and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime
View account usage, export metric data and provide reports
Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any system and/or data administration tasks
Work with internal staff, 3rd party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages
Monitor and communicate system performance metrics and work with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues
Interact and liaise with internal and external auditors to meet SOX and ITGC compliance and provide required supporting documents using various tools including the Risk Management cloud.
Qualifications required
3+ years of experience in a technical or DevOps support role for financial systems, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud
Knowledge of user access security and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Qualifications preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with equivalent technical experience
Knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and all architectural components
Knowledge of Oracle security management
Knowledge of Maintaining code version and CI/CD pipeline.
Experience supporting SOX and ITGC compliance at a publicly traded company
Shell and batch script Programming skills
Experience creating Oracle ERP cloud and PAAS environments
