Job Overview

This Sr. Program Manager supports HR and business groups by providing senior-level business support and day-to-day management of the department business processes. They will process optimization specifically in Early in Career products and services. Additionally, they will interface with all levels of the enterprise, working most closely with Talent Leadership on strategy for talent mobility. The Sr. Program Manager will have demonstrated success as a genuine connector and trusted advisor with client executives, HR leaders, and stakeholders.

  • Bring our 3-year Early in Career roadmap to life – driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution across the business.
  • Be a strategic driver to business leaders – help them navigate and elevate EIC hiring, development, and retention strategies.
  • Build and scale programs that are inclusive, data-driven, and unapologetically awesome for our future talent.
  • Collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, HR, Culture & Engagement, and business units to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience.
  • Analyze results, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement. We don’t just do “good enough” – we push for great.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling stories, metrics, and insights that move the needle.

 

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills – you know how to get things done and bring people along.
  • Strong communication chops – you’re a natural storyteller and connector.
  • A passion for developing talent and building programs that make a difference.

Extra Credit (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with university recruiting or leading Early in Career initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • PMP or SPHR certification.
  • A love for fast-paced, people-first cultures (T-Mobile energy is real!).

    Base Pay Range: $83,100 - $149,900

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
