Join us, the future is ours to shape!The Commercial Program Governance Advisor is responsible for governance & to ensure compliant in end‑to‑end execution of Patient Support Programs (PSP) and Primary Marketing Research (PMR) programs in alignment with global and local governance standards. This role partners closely with Program Owners (POs), Global and Local stakeholders, and Quality teams to ensure all programs operate according to SOPs, regulatory expectations, and performance metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Conduct programs in alignment with approved SOPs, ensuring adherence to defined governance requirements and achievement of required performance metrics.
• Support Global Business Owners in the initiation of PSP or PMR programs.
• Oversee and manage the end‑to‑end execution of Global PSP and PMR programs, ensuring engagement and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of required ESP training on Adverse Event reporting before Global ESP’s initiates field activities.
• Verify that all necessary assessments, approvals, and local working practices for the CO/region/business unit/franchise are followed.
• Engage SQA Manager, CPSR, Program Advisor, and Global Commercial Program Governance teams as required to ensure compliant program execution.
• Function as the primary point of contact for Program Owners regarding execution-related queries and issue resolution.
• Manage the transition of Global Program Owner responsibilities to newly assigned POs during role changes or exists to ensure business continuity.
What you bring to the role:
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Patient Support Programs, Commercial Governance, Compliance, or Pharmaceutical operations preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance requirements and AE reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
