What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance
- Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals and build a high-performing, engaged workforce
- Monitor key production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output and reduce downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless plant operations and product delivery
- Uphold safety standards by promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations

Work Environment
This role operates in a plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. The position may require shift work, overtime, and occasional weekend support to meet operational needs.
