Job Description

The Position

You will be a key member of Organon’s Dermatology team and responsible for driving success to the product portfolio. As a highly motivated and dynamic individual you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling our dermatology product range to healthcare professionals, including specialist physicians, GPs and pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers in both public and private settings.

  • Supporting product listing process in private hospital sector in your territory for new launch product.

  • Developing and executing a territory sales plan, including targeting, classification, and segmentation of customers.

  • Leveraging on internal data and reporting tools to achieve and exceed business goals and objectives.

  • Analysing market trends, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and increasing market share for Organon products.

  • Negotiating commercial agreements with relevant customers.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in healthcare industry within your territory.

  • Leading continuous medical education (CME) and organising speaker presentations to support the education of healthcare professionals about the benefits of our portfolio.

  • Supporting or leading marketing events related to new product launches.

  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry and relevant therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborating with SFE, Digital, Marketing teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and other internal functions to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborating with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute local sales initiatives.

  • Supporting and where relevant leading accurate and timely record keeping of customer database sales activities, sampling activity, contract performance, customer interactions, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Working with high integrity, adhering strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and code of conduct in all interactions and promotional activities.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry

  • Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years’ marketing or consulting experience (marketing experience can be defined as product management, product planning experience, or a cross section of marketing support experiences including market research, promotion management, etc.)

  • Valid driver's license and willing to travelling Northern or Souther

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and objectives.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, planning skills and negotiation skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse sales data and market trends.

  • Outstanding presentation skills product and business related.

  • Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills.

  • Strong competence with relevant platforms Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva, Salesforce.

  • Consistent demonstration of Organon’s values.
