As a Senior Product Owner on the Echo Global Logistics Product team, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements and designing technology solutions on Echo’s proprietary software platforms. Our software is created with the goal to simplify transportation for our clients and carriers, and is one of the largest competitive advantages in an ever growing market.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions in an Agile environment.
- Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, scope initiatives, and support roadmap execution.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Facilitate discussions with executives, SMEs, and end users to identify business needs and drive solution design.
- Serve as a key member of Agile delivery teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies, product releases, and UAT.
- Support production issue resolution and partner with application support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members on product ownership, Agile practices, and software delivery methodologies.
- Lead analytical studies, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Backoffice experience is highly preferred. Exposure to working with Finance/ Accounting.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, and product backlogs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

$97,864.00-142,293.00 per yearThis role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.Skills Required
