iSpot is changing how brands, agencies and publishers measure and assess the impact of TV and video advertising. iSpot connects video ads to actual business outcomes, empowering hundreds of the world’s top brands to plan, measure and optimize their investments and understand the influence they have on driving business growth. We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help drive new business growth and promote adoption of new features and products by existing customers. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing content that supports our product GTM strategies, and will partner with product and sales leadership to ensure products meet demand gen goals and have compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate thrives on quickly shifting from speaking with internal stakeholders and customers to crafting persuasive materials to analyzing data and reporting on product metrics. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and content that drive go-to-market success.
  • Lead and support product launches, ensuring clear KPIs, measurement, and optimization for impact.
  • Create compelling, visually engaging content that connects product value to business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales to develop materials that accelerate pipeline growth and improve win rates.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform differentiated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and demand generation to weave product value propositions into broader brand and campaign narratives.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to capture the voice of the customer and maintain accurate personas and messaging frameworks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related disciplines (e.g., product management, content marketing, or sales/solutions engineering).
  • Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience in the Media, Martech, or Adtech industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communicator, skilled at simplifying complex ideas.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new industries, technologies, and customer dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or strong academic record preferred.

Target cash compensation range: $$114,260 - $143, 970 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. 

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
