Summary Generated by Built In

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Tomorrow.io, you’ll define how our technology is positioned, packaged, and perceived across industries, transforming complex innovation into compelling, customer-driven stories. This highly cross-functional role blends strategic storytelling, market insight, and go-to-market execution to define Tomorrow.io’s voice in a crowded landscape. You’ll build and lead the company’s product marketing function, establishing the frameworks, strategy, and systems that connect Product, Design, Science, and Marketing. Acting as the unifying force across these teams, you’ll ensure every launch, narrative, and campaign clearly articulates how Tomorrow.io’s AI, modeling, and space technology deliver real-world impact and measurable outcomes.

You’ll also champion internal alignment by equipping customer-facing teams with consistent, resonant narratives that unify Product, Design, and Marketing around customer value, ensuring Tomorrow.io’s innovation translates into clarity, confidence, and commercial success.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing, with a strong dotted-line collaboration to Product and Weather teams.

Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and the GTM Team collaborates in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston, Massachusetts.

What you bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing in SaaS, data, AI, or platform technology companies
  • Proven experience translating technical products into industry-specific value narratives
  • Experience developing and executing verticalized product stories and enablement tools
  • A strong understanding of enterprise customer personas and buying journeys
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, from pitch decks to product pages
  • Strong collaboration skills; thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and GTM
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market, product, and customer insights into actionable strategy
  • Ability to quickly develop deep product expertise; learns the platform inside and out to independently demo, capture, and communicate its value with clarity and confidence
  • Comfortable creating light design and visual assets in Figma (or similar) to support quick-turn GTM needs without full design support

What you’ll do:

  • Define and evolve Tomorrow.io’s end-to-end product narrative: connecting space, data, modeling, and impact into a clear, differentiated story
  • Develop verticalized product marketing frameworks and enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, web pages) for enterprise and government audiences
  • Create compelling materials - from demos, presentations, and briefs to narrative decks - that showcase Tomorrow.io’s technology and value through clear, story-driven storytelling.
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Science to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to ensure our story stays ahead of industry noise
  • Support launches of new capabilities and features, crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that reinforce Tomorrow.io’s leadership
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across the website, campaigns, PR, and internal communications
  • Develop persona-driven messaging and map use cases to measurable customer outcomes
  • Drive feature adoption through in-product and external education (e.g., Appcues), clearly communicating new capabilities and tracking adoption metrics
