Working as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will design, develop, and implement launch strategy and programs for products and services within the DIRECTV portfolio focusing on new and emerging technologies, products and applications.

Here's what you'll do: 

  • Develop Winback marketing strategies that re-engage former customers with the right message in the right place at the right time.
  • Stakeholder Winback marketing strategy through campaign execution.
  • Manage the budget across multiple channels, teams, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and iteration that drive efficient cost per incremental sale.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful marketing assets.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal data teams and agency partners to identify gaps and build reporting tools for KPI evaluation.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Here's what you'll need to be successful: 

  • BA in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them.
  • Skilled in product life cycle management, audience segmentation, and advanced email/digital performance tactics.
  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills.
  • Translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements.
  • Launch and support ideas and vision.
  • Work and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Successfully partner with other organizations including technology, go-to-market, and device teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, and marketing and/or service policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other standard office computer applications.
  • May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law. 

This role requires, but is not limited to, 5% travel for offsite/office meetings.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $96,140 - $174,570

Low (N1): $96,140 - $144,210

Mid (N2): $101,200 - $151,800

High (N3): $111,320 - $166,980

Top (N4): $116,380 - $174,570

Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
