As a Sr Product Marketing Manager focused primarily on the VetConnect PLUS (VC+) group, you will be leading a small team to drive meaningful clinical and economic value messages about the product in collaboration with our global commercial marketing and customer-facing teams to set goals and maximize delivery of adoption and utilization by our IDEXX diagnostic customers. To be successful in this role, we require strong software product leadership and people leadership skills. We are looking for someone adept at managing a high-performing team in a very dynamic environment.

A Day in the Life

You will be part of a results-driven team where your key role will be to:

  • Lead VetConnect PLUS product marketing, leveraging customer insights to drive meaningful clinical and economic value messages in collaboration with our global commercial marketing and sales teams

  • Promote and drive customer adoption and utilization by deeply understanding and capitalizing on VC+’s value proposition and differentiation, identifying opportunities to personalize their experience and increase customer loyalty

  • Provide VC+ program leadership with Field Support Representatives, Customer Support, and Medical Consulting; managing training and tools and self-service initiatives in collaboration with these teams

  • Be an expert on competitive intelligence by gathering fresh insights on diagnostic and integration "portal" landscape

  • Build collaborative ways of working between the Dx SW product marketing team and the CAG commercial teams for efficient and effective responses to customer needs

  • Be an ambassador for the use of VC+ across the organization, globally

  • Create awareness of NSAT and other value drivers, and trigger discussion with critical stakeholders when appropriate on what we can do more/better/different to improve service delivery

  • Establish quarterly VC+ CRBs in collaboration with VC+ Product Management Team and Commercial Marketing Team

What you need to succeed

  • The right candidate has strong product marketing experience with a mix of both commercial and product management experience, where proven commercial impact and understanding is key.

  • Commercial/Product Marketing experience (Marketing/Customer Service/Sales) is required

  • Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented disposition with the ability to influence key stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive results across cross-functional teams.

  • You are able to build bridges between the commercial, product, and R&D organizations and you have a structured approach to finding and facilitating implementation of solutions to improve our service delivery. 

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, in a pivotal role, where your key responsibility is to facilitate collaboration and solution implementation.

  • Since you will work in a multicultural environment where we communicate in English, you have excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • As you will need to stay close to the commercial organization, you would like to travel to the regions.
