Group / Division Summary

The Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT) business delivers industry-leading cold storage solutions for mission-critical environments. The Lab Refrigerators & Freezers (LRF) portfolio supports pharmaceutical, clinical, research, and industrial applications.

How You Will Make an Impact

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic leadership and direct execution. You will define and lead the global commercial strategy for a highly strategic business while also owning critical elements of commercialization, sales support, and operational execution. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and a willingness to engage directly in the day-to-day work needed to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Ownership

  • Own global GTM strategy and commercialization roadmap
  • Lead end-to-end launch strategy for major platform introductions
  • Define global segmentation, targeting, and portfolio positioning
  • Partner with product management to influence roadmap and portfolio strategy
  • Ensure execution of GTM plans across regions and channels, stepping in directly where needed to drive outcomes

Commercial Impact & Growth Execution

  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute integrated demand generation strategies
  • Lead development of sales enablement tools and deliver training across direct and channel teams
  • Own and directly support commercial execution, including RFP responses, high-value customer opportunities, and key strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue growth in close partnership with commercial leaders, including hands-on involvement in deal support and opportunity execution

Market Insight & Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead and execute Voice of Customer and market insight efforts to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across segments, applications, and geographies
  • Develop competitive positioning and long-term portfolio differentiation

Lifecycle Management & Operational Ownership

  • Execute critical elements of commercialization, including pricing analysis, promotional and channel program execution
  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to commercial teams, including product inquiries and supporting deal execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including channel teams, supply chain, operations and global teams to ensure operational readiness and flawless execution of GTM plans
  • Monitor business performance and drive actions to improve adoption and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial roles within biotech, pharma, healthcare, or industrial sectors; experience in cold storage a plus
  • Demonstrated success leading global product launches and commercialization strategies; experience in managing commercialization through channels a plus
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader, owning both strategy and execution details
  • Proven ability to operate strategically and execute in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and business planning
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously with visibility to senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% globally
