The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager at CCC, you will lead cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and guide your products from inception to launch. Responsibilities will include determining customer/market needs and priorities, building business cases for our fraud solutions product and product enhancements, partnering with leadership to ensure effective execution against product plans.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and direct implementation of product roadmap, including prioritization of features and determining what should be included in each release with an agile methodology
  • Prioritize product enhancements and feature requests by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
  • Communicate product positioning and strategic value both internally and externally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to shape customer conversations around CCC’s differentiators, while staying current with regulatory and industry changes
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and development team and manage customer expectations around product delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, industry partners, and internal teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our Fraud Solutions products and expand the company's presence in the market


 

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of insurance industry experience with a strong preference for fraud detection experience in the Special Investigations Unit, knowledge of auto damage, casualty and major case fraud preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in insurance processes, particularly SIU practices and investigative protocols, and the ability to translate these into valuable business use cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to discuss and explain key issues / opportunities with senior business leaders
  • Skilled in analyzing existing client processes (e.g., through closed file reviews) and recommending feature priorities to maximize ROI and user adoption
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly distill data sets into key insights
  • Strong relationship building skills and proven experience with interfacing with internal, cross-functional teams
  • Proactive in acquiring new skills, such as learning the product technology and system architecture

Other Beneficial Skills

  • Preferred Industry Certifications: CFE, CIFI, CIFA, FCLS or equivalent
  • Fraud network analytics experience
  • Use of fraud detection and triage software
  • Previous product management experience, internally or externally facing
