Sr. Product Manager

What you will own:

•  Lead efforts to develop, integrate and enhance tools that allow small businesses to communicate with Lendio to resolve concerns and questions.

• Responsible for maintaining the tools Lendio uses to contact small businesses

• Work with a cross-functional team (including product design and engineering) to learn what internal and external customers need

• Facilitate and drive problem-solving with your team to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible

• Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap in your area

• Develop product strategy, product differentiation, and value propositions and manage the product life cycle

• Prioritize and set outcomes with your team

• Measure performance using appropriate tools (we use Heap, Anadot, GoogleAnalytics, and Domo) and establish and report on KPIs

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget   

What you'll need to be successful:

•  3+ years of experience in Product Management

• Ability to communicate on a technical level with engineers and designers

• Skilled at quickly understanding complex business problems

• Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)

• Strategic planner and thinker

• Process-oriented (you enjoy taking something messy and organizing it)

• Experience working with Machine Learning and AI, especially in the communications space

• Experienced in evaluating vendors and making complex build vs buy decisions.
