Sr. Product Manager

We’re hiring team members who are energized by the opportunity to make one of the most complex challenges in the world, the global electronics supply chain, into a scalable and intuitive tool. The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our small, agile team and lead the execution of our product vision, working closely with the technical founder and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Execution: Lead the operational side of product management, ensuring efficient product development, prioritization, and alignment across teams.
• Manage Complex Products: Oversee highly functional B2B products that involve complex features and industry-specific jargon.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineers (software and data) to resolve technical friction and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the Founder: Work directly with Cofactr’s technical founder to define, iterate, and refine product concepts.
• Tool Selection: Help define and implement the best product management tools for a growing startup.

What We’re Looking For:

• B2B Product Experience: Proven success managing complex, technically sophisticated B2B products.
• Strong Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup Experience: Comfortable working in a startup culture, dealing with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams (software/data engineers) and managing cross-disciplinary challenges.
• Mentorship Ability: Passion for teaching and guiding others, with a clear communication style.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to navigate complex product concepts and transform them into actionable plans.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Complex Tools: Background managing products like CAD software, Photoshop, or other technical tools.
• Technical Background: Familiarity with software development or data engineering concepts
