THE ROLE

Thrive Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our logistics and fulfillment technology. In this role, you will own the product vision for systems that power how we get products from our distribution centers to our members' doors. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Data to build scalable, reliable, and member-centric fulfillment experiences. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and enterprise software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Thrive Market's logistics and fulfillment systems, including last-mile delivery, carrier integrations, warehouse management, and order routing
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies in fulfillment workflows and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Develop deep operational empathy through immersion: Regularly visit Thrive’s fulfillment centers to observe workflows firsthand, build strong relationships with operations teams, and identify real-world constraints and opportunities. Translate these insights into product solutions that are operationally viable, seamlessly integrated into fulfillment processes, and supported by effective training and change management for FC teams
  • Lead agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Develop a deep understanding of logistics systems and processes, including third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, carrier SLAs, and fulfillment center operations
  • Own and maintain key logistics platform integrations, working with external vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure system reliability and data quality
  • Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to track fulfillment performance, surface anomalies, and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert for logistics technology, providing guidance to operations, finance, and business systems teams on platform capabilities and constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record delivering enterprise or operational software in e-commerce, retail, or logistics
  • Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or last-mile delivery platforms
  • Experience working with 3PL partners, carrier APIs, and fulfillment center operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear, executable product plans
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile development environments with proficiency in tools such as Jira
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate across both technical and operational audiences
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS logistics platforms and enterprise system integrations is a plus
BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANY
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)
  • Competitive salary (DOE) + equity
  • 401k plan
  • 9 Observed Holidays
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Subsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiences
  • Ability to work in our beautiful office in Playa Vista
