Your expertise in product management will guide the direction of our product through innovative, user-centered solutions that resonate with our diverse user base.

You will work closely with a small but mighty team of product managers to own and deliver on our product roadmap. We operate in close connection with our engineering, QA and CS teams and occasionally you’ll need to step across the line to support our teammates where needed in order to achieve our goals.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the definition and execution of a product roadmap that supports complex document-centric workflows (e.g., approval flows, document authoring, etc.).
  • Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured and identify opportunities for creating value.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Write high-quality user stories using an agile approach, reflecting our product principles (e.g., generalized solutions, simplifying complexity, etc.) and the direction of our platform.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
  • Prioritize user experience and accessibility in product design and development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enable the sales pipeline for launch and support post-launch activation, retention, and upsell.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, from concept through launch.

Flexibility and strategic Thinking: You’ll need to think strategically about our product roadmap and make practical decisions that deliver on our key objectives as well as align with our long-term goals. This includes prioritizing features, balancing short-term and long-term objectives, and making data-driven decisions.
