Senior Product Manager at Resound US
Location: Shakopee, Minnesota (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week)
Travel: 10-15% domestic travel required, potentially 1-2 international trips per year.

Position Overview:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the successful launch, maintenance, training, and education of hearing aid products, software, and mobile applications within assigned ReSound brands and business channels in the US market. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, managing communication across departments, and analyzing product performance to drive strategic decisions.
Highlights
- Serve as the North American product subject matter expert for assigned product portfolio, addressing all field and customer-related inquiries.
- Develop launch materials and training documents for both internal teams and external customers in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Communicate new product information to the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to ensure all functional areas are aligned for successful product launch efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including global product management and global operations, to identify and implement improvements in product offerings.
- Analyze performance of released products against NPI forecast, identifying trends, areas for improvement.
- Identify and quantify new product opportunities for hearing products and collaborate to leverage brand and to identify synergies between brands and channels.
- Communicate the corporate product positioning strategy and the long-term strategic roadmap for assigned products and services.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence on products and strategies relevant to the portfolio.
- Support marketing communication plans as a product management expert.
- Manage weekly communications with assigned sales channels and ensure tasks are allocated and completed on time.
- Collaborate with North American product management leadership to support gathering product requirements to ensure appropriate technologies are brought to market in NA.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies based on historical and market data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is highly desired.

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret research documents, performance data, and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to articulate the big picture while ensuring the tactical details around product launch and performance are completed.
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication and ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
- Advanced project planning, management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to navigate and contribute in a highly matrixed organizational environment.
