Position Description:

We are seeking a Sr Product Manager to join the PAR Drive-Thru product team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software or hardware product management, along with a passion for innovation in the hospitality technology space. As a Sr Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of drive-thru solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

Director of Product Management


What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience in software or hardware product development.

Highly Desirable:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality technology industry, with a deep understanding of how technology can enhance restaurant operations.

Major Plus:

  • Experience working with restaurant drive-thru operations, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.


Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of the product roadmap for PAR’s Drive-Thru technology solutions.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Serve as the Product Owner, heavily involved in daily sprint activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensuring the development team has clear priorities and requirements.
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define product features, functionalities, and user stories for development teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive innovation.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to refine product features and improve user experience.
  • Develop business cases, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the development team.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in drive-thru technology, providing insights to internal and external teams.

The base salary (or hourly rate) range for this position is $131,200 to $170,000 commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
