Adobe is seeking a Product Manager to help the Content Supply Chain Product Management team develop strategic objectives to imagine, build, and deliver the integrated bundle of Adobe’s technology solutions that solve the ability for Enterprises and Agencies to scale content to deliver hyper personalized experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting product strategies and initiatives that unlock the power of Adobe’s solutions to allow customers to build an effective content supply chain, including the handling of planning/roadmap activities across product teams, managing dynamic priorities, driving core team and partner alignment, and communicating status vertically and horizontally across the company and customers. This is a highly cross-functional role with partnerships across various other teams in Adobe, customers and external vendors.
Successful candidates will have a proven product management background, experience within a marketing, agency or creative team and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions to customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investment
- Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, other product teams and sales to align on product vision, strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging and business priorities
- Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs and mitigate business viability, value, feasibility, and usability risks
- Cultivate a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teams
- Train sales, support and consulting teams in how to sell, troubleshoot and use the new technology being developed
What You Will Need To Succeed
- 3-5 years product management experience
- Experience in agency, marketing and creative workflows
- Knowledge of market-leading software in the marketing and creative industry
- Hands on experience with product analytics software preferred (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo, etc).
- Experience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-service
- A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, willing to drive both strategy and fast paced execution
- Ability to establish a business case, validate a hypothesis, and grow features from inception to market scalability
- A passion for constant optimization and improvement, combined with a steady focus on customer experience
- Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environment
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
