Responsibilities
- Build Best-in-Class Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to deliver superior shopping experiences for our customers.
- Drive Business Impact: Deliver products that significantly impact core business KPIs, including customer acquisition and retention.
- Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and execute the roadmap, vision, and strategy for your product area.
- Collaborative Development: Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop feature requirements, create UI/UX designs, build testing plans, and support launch strategies.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Apply a data-driven approach to product ownership, including monitoring product health and leveraging data to identify and prioritize impactful opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, both within the New Verticals business and across the company.
- Feature Management: Drive large features within your domain and serve as the subject matter expert for features that cross multiple partners.
- Insight Utilization: Leverage testing, data analysis, customer and competitive research, and other insights to identify and validate new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of digital product management experience.
- Education: BA/BS required (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics preferred).
- Technical Acumen: Direct experience with large-scale eCommerce platforms, web and native mobile application environments, and working across front-end, back-end, and data/analytics engineering.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders from junior- to C-level.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively across a broad organization, including technology, product design, and data science.
- Data Fluency: Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including product health analytics and goal setting.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and OKR methodologies.
