As a Regional Sr Product Manager here at Honeywell, you will drive the strategy, development, and management of our regional product offerings within the FIRE business of the Building Automation (BA) unit across the Europe region. You will ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs, leading cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions to the market.
You will report directly to Frederik de[FD1] Meyer, VPGM Fire Business Europe, and you will work out of our Switzerland location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and portfolio gaps. You will have a strong focus on verticals and customer applications. You will define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market needs and customer feedback, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely development, launch, and ongoing support of products.
Your efforts will impact the success of our product portfolio by driving innovation, optimizing product profitability, and ensuring market competitiveness. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and drive consensus on strategic decisions. Your leadership will help Honeywell maintain its position as an industry leader and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

- Familiarity with European regulatory requirements and standards in the fire safety sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience managing product offerings specifically in the Europe region.
