As a Sr Product Manager for verticalization, you will: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive market penetration into key commercial verticals such as Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare.
  • Identify unique industry challenges, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation to shape vertical-specific differentiating product strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM teams—to define and deliver vertical solutions aligned with TCP’s broader business goals.
  • Partner with customers, industry experts, and internal teams to validate use cases, refine messaging, and identify emerging trends within target verticals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on vertical market problems, earning trust across teams to influence decision-making and prioritization.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to evaluate positioning and inform the product roadmap for targeted industries.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure vertical-specific needs align with core platform evolution.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen TCP’s market presence and brand authority as the Workforce Management solution leader across targeted industries.
  • Define success metrics and track performance to measure adoption, growth, and ROI for vertical initiatives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS.
  • Previous experience in the Workforce Management/HCM/Payroll industry within Hospitality, Retail or Healthcare.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for vertical or segment-based products.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to uncover and quantify industry-specific opportunities.
  • Proven ability to translate customer problems into actionable roadmaps and deliver high-quality differentiating product solutions.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging executives, customers, and sales organizations.
  • Passion for understanding how different industries operate—and how technology can simplify workforce management for them.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
