About the team and the role:

eBay Advertising is a key organization in the larger eBay ecosystem, which enables greater, faster and easier sales opportunities for our sellers, helps buyers find what they need in a convenient manner, and enables the rest of eBay to reinvent and reinvest into the growth of our overall business.

The Ads Interface team builds products and features to enable our sellers create, manage and measure the performance of their advising campaigns using eBays advertising platforms. We are looking for a Product Manager to join this team.
This role will be responsible for building advertising products specific to eBay’s focus categories such as Collectibles - ensuring a scalable monetization strategy while supporting the growth of these vertical segments and eBay programs.  
As a part of the team, you will work closely with senior product managers with other product areas. Your focus will be on driving key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring execution excellence, while also contributing to broader strategic discussions.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Own and evolve vertical advertising experiences for eBay specific programs such as Collectibles and Auctions. You will be adept at using technology and driving innovation with AI/GenAI-driven interaction models.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and near-term execution.

  • Work across multiple customer segments and business groups to define vertical advertising.

  • Drive scalable, data-accurate, and user-friendly advertising solutions, with strong focus on performance, privacy, and data integrity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, data science, UX, marketing, GTM) and across customer segments to build cohesive solutions.

  • Prioritize opportunities and backlog using customer insights, industry trends, and business trade-offs, ensuring consistent experiences across desktop, mobile, APIs, and seller ecosystems.

What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in advertising, data analytics, eCommerce, auctions or business intelligence.

  • BS or MS Degree in a technical field.

  • Driving execution with collaborating on strategic planning with Senior Product Managers and partnering with teams across the company to build clear growth products for key vertical segments.
