T-Mobile is building their new ERP platform, and looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Technical with technical expertise and eye for business to build out the roadmap and drive the adoption of the new integration platform connecting the eco system of 100+ applications to the new ERP. The Product Manager, Technical should have a strong background in integration solutions for Oracle ERP environments encompassing variety of patterns including API, event based, EDI and file-based integrations. Proven track record of delivering integration solutions to support highly resilient real-time consumer facing business applications that are integrated with ERP systems. This individual plays a meaningful role in supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and IT work to drive value for the business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide architecture, engineering and development expertise, tooling, capabilities, and mentorship for enabling reliable and secure integrations.
- Develop and own the product roadmap of the ERP integration platform, in alignment with ongoing enterprise initiatives and projects. Define and prioritize feature improvements for enterprise capabilities, as well as supporting specific portfolio/business unit needs.
- Develop a strategy and plan for migrating and converging existing integration solutions to adapt to the new ERP and the roadmaps for other connected enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with architects, platform engineering, and Security teams in defining a comprehensive enterprise integration platform vision, strategy, and execution plans.
- Define an operating model for governing, managing and detailing the integrations across the Oracle ERP platform. Define RACI for various personas in enterprise architecture, middleware, platform engineering, and cyber security teams.
- Partner with QA teams to define and implement automated test plans. Develop API specification validation methodology, define the linting process for API Product deployments.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of all the integrations in the ERP platform.
Work Experience
- 6+ years experience in implementing and/or managing a large-scale integration portfolio. (Required)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.(Required)
- Experience with multiple types of integrations such as API (REST and SOAP), file based (including large files) and event driven.
- Experience with industry leading APIM products such as MuleSoft, Apigee. Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is strongly desirable.
- Strong grasp of security considerations specific to integrations, including data protection, encryption.
- Experience working and partnering with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, engineering, security, compliance and external 3rd party vendors.

Base Pay Range: $124,700 - $224,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
