Key Responsibilities

Scope and conduct market research to find industry trends and customer requirements. Partner with Market Development to use regionally specific voice of customer insights to contribute to the development of campaigns and marketing programs that address found opportunities.

Collect market and competitive intelligence along with customer requirements to develop a portfolio strategy. Be responsible for revenue, margin, product vitality index, customer satisfaction, and the success of the go-to-market strategy.

Manage customer experience with web user journey and online tools, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement and increase customer dedication.

Act as a product expert, collaborating with internal teams, regional partners, and key accounts.

Develop product proposals, gather customer requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to bring innovation through the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) to successful product launch.

Manage product data, develop and implement life cycle plans including pricing and discontinuations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Craft compelling value propositions based on a deep understanding of product applications and use cases. Co-create with Market Development messaging to stimulate demand and increase customer retention.

Work with Marketing, Commercial Leads, and Product Managers in Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Carry out monthly portfolio performance assessments and employ important metrics to monitor and grow the business.

Contribute to the development of training programs, including competitive responses for all sales channels.

Other Duties: Up to 15% travel required (both domestic and international), additional projects assigned at the discretion of the Business Leadership.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in life science field, molecular biology background, PhD or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years proven track record in product management, ideally within the scientific or technology sectors.

Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $156,000.00–$200,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
