Responsibilities
Own the Cross-Platform Mobile Vision & Strategy — Define and execute the roadmap for HighLevel's Mobile App experience across Mobile, Desktop App, and Tablet surfaces.
Deliver Core Mobile Features - Lead the end-to-end development of new capabilities and improvements that enhance usability, engagement, and monetization.
Champion Mobile UI/UX - Partner with design and engineering to craft intuitive, frictionless, and delightful mobile-first experiences.
Experiment & Optimize - Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, boost performance, and unlock revenue opportunities.
Strengthen the Ecosystem - Continuously improve existing features, remove friction points, and enhance reliability and performance.
Collaborate Across Teams - Act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and elevate user satisfaction.
Leverage Data for Impact - Use analytics to generate insights, optimize feature performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Mobile-First & B2C Experienced – You’ve shipped impactful mobile features that empower creators and deliver seamless experiences, driving engagement, retention, and growth.

- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on B2C mobile applications serving 1M+ MAUs
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile product features and delivering measurable user and business growth.
- Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, with the ability to partner effectively with design teams to create world-class experiences.
- Experience in revenue expansion and monetization, with a history of driving growth-focused product strategies.
- Familiarity with SaaS models and mobile growth levers, including engagement, retention, and lifecycle optimization
