At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We're revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
About the RoleLimble is doubling down on integrations as a core pillar of our upmarket and enterprise strategy. As Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of Limble's integrations platform — our pre-built integrations, our external API, and the partner ecosystem that extends both.
This is a role for someone who sets direction, not someone who processes requests. You will decide what we build and why, and you will be expected to defend those decisions with evidence. Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success will bring you demand signals; your job is to weigh them against market research, competitive analysis, and enterprise workflow reality — and say no when the data and our strategy says no.
You will also be hands-on. You'll sit with the scrum team, define the integration workflows and requirements, and own the delivery outcome.
How You'll Make an ImpactOwn the Integrations Strategy and RoadmapSet and defend the roadmap for Limble's integrations across a diverse network of systems: ERP, HRIS, Inventory/Procurement, Sensors/IoT, SCADA, and any other systems that run industrial operations.
Identify opportunities based on market and competitor intelligence, stakeholder feedback, and alignment to Limble product vision. Bring a point of view, backed by evidence, on where integrations create the most enterprise value. Partner with our Partnerships team on where these integrations fit in our partner ecosystem.
Define, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap end-to-end: from ideation and discovery, to prioritization, and through development and ongoing iteration.
Own the external API as a product: roadmap, versioning strategy, developer experience, and documentation.
Own the product surface partners build on — the external API, connectors, patterns, and the documentation that makes them self-sufficient.
Partner with our partnerships team on a scalable partner enablement program: documentation, sample workflows, patterns, reference architectures.
Set clear guidance on when to use Limble-built integrations versus partner-built connectors, and hold the ecosystem to enterprise expectations for reliability, SLAs, scalability, and security.
Work directly with the scrum team as the embedded product owner: define integration workflows, write functional and technical requirements, and make the daily calls that keep delivery moving.
Create repeatable patterns and frameworks that reduce the cost of every integration that follows.
Partner with core product and platform PMs to identify, sequence, and resolve dependencies between core product capabilities and integrations. This is a standing responsibility, not an escalation path.
Surface dependencies early, negotiate sequencing directly with peer PMs, and escalate with a recommendation when alignment stalls.
Represent integration requirements in core platform architecture and roadmap decisions so integrations are designed for, not retrofitted.
7+ years in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership, with clear evidence of owning a roadmap rather than executing someone else's.
Experience building integrations that support a partner ecosystem — integrations and APIs that third parties build on, not only point-to-point customer connections.
Manufacturing or industrial operations context. You've worked with plants, production environments, maintenance teams, or industrial operators, and you understand how work actually gets done.
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis, and to translate it into prioritization decisions you can defend.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You will present to executives, lead customer and prospect conversations without support, and write requirements engineers can build from. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Experience with external/public API product ownership, including versioning and consumer migration.
Comfort being hands-on and detailed: structured integration requirements, data mappings, event models, sync design.
Track record of managing cross-team dependencies and driving alignment with peer product managers.
Understanding of operational workflows across ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility/asset management systems.
Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.
