About the Team 
A world-class product is key to Clari's success, and Product Management is at the center of defining and delivering the market's leading Revenue Platform. This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. We expect and empower PM's to operate with a "general management" mindset – you own the impact of your product area, and get to collaborate with every function in the company to make it happen!

About the Role 
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager II to help drive Clari's Conversation Intelligence roadmap and turn every customer interaction into trustworthy, actionable revenue signals across the Clari platform. You'll work with our internal team, as well as our customers, to build the industry's leading platform for capturing customer facing calls and deriving insights out of them that helps business optimize their processes. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap and delivery advancing transcript intelligence and productizing insights that drive pipeline health, deal risk, forecast accuracy, account intelligence, and rep productivity. Your work will deeply integrate with CRM and the modern GTM stack, surfacing insights in the right workflows and triggering automated follow-ups, updates, and nudges. You'll partner closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver features, and our go-to-market teams to promote the product.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in India. Candidates must be based in India and be able to travel to the office in Bengaluru, India as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build the AI experiences that make workflows happen with low friction
  • Drive the Enterprise Readiness roadmap for Copilot and improve the core product experience
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
  • Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers
  • Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements
  • Build alignment and drive decision-making across company-wide initiatives
  • Build impactful relationships and driving collaborative initiatives across functional teams, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Contribute to technical trade-offs, design clean product interfaces and abstractions, and build systems to scale customer, competitor, and market understanding throughout the organization
  • Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts
  • Demonstrated ability to ship AI-powered features (summaries, topic detection, real-time cues, recommendations) and work closely with teams on output quality, guardrails, and evaluation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a competitive, fast-evolving space - able to do ongoing market/competitive
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences
