Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Products
Overview:
TNS is looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to own our call enrichment and/or protection product portfolio, partnerships and technology development within our Enterprise Product portfolio helping to realize a TNS vision to be the global leader in trusted calling and messaging experience. You’ll use your experience to drive product strategy, requirements definition, business case refinement, and establish deeper relationships with Carriers and Enterprises to further our global product strategy.
We all have received calls that were from an unknown caller and didn’t answer but then realized that it was from a company that you needed to talk. We also get imposters calling us pretending to be from a business ultimately trying to fraud us out of money. These are the areas that TNS is looking to make a difference in, enhancing business to consumer communication or protecting customers from fraud. This is an opportunity for you to help solve a challenging yet rewarding set of problems in business to consumer communications.
TNS Enterprise Products have had tremendous success, delivering over 1B enriched calls while ensuring over 500K fraud calls have been blocked from reaching a consumers. We are looking for a Product Leader to expand our portfolio even further by identifying new verticals, product features and leverage our current and future AI capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to understand the greater TNS product strategy and how that can be realized within your assigned product area.
The ideal candidate is a strategic collaborator who serves as a business partner to TNS leadership. You are a smart, data-driven decision maker, who excels at indirectly leading a high performing team, and takes professional pride in operational excellence while meeting and exceeding stretch goals.
You will develop TNS call enrichment and/or protection products, taking into account the market opportunity, regulatory environment, and local customs to drive new revenue opportunity worldwide.
You will develop new business models resulting in deeper integrations into Carriers and Enterprises.
You are highly adaptable — having been successful in meeting the demands of a big company as well as being scrappy and hands-on in a start-up. In addition, you have a passion for product development, and are driven to grow and scale TNS forward through the inevitable ups and downs of opening new markets.

Product Strategy

Develop business cases, taking into account value propositions to Consumers, Partners and TNS

Collaborate with broader TNS product teams to formulate product requirements

Evolve the product requirements with input from Customers, RFPs and Market analysis

Conduct Competitive Analysis in this product domain to set the product direction
Product Realization

Create Product Requirements Documents for Architecture and Engineering teams

Prioritize Product Features for specific releases and customer delivery

Create, manage and track the roadmap implementation for the product releases

Review and provide input to Architecture, Design Docs and Test Plans from engineering

Work with engineering to determine (LOE) for custom feature enhancements

Recommend build vs. buy for new products or features, working closely with TNS Engineering and Architecture teams and technology partners
Product Success

Own the Product KPIs related to overall health and success in meeting target Revenue and Business objectives

Establish and maintain partner relationships with Carriers, Calling Platforms (CPaaS, CCaaS, etc.) and Enterprises

Collaborate with Product Marketing to create and review Product Literature such as Product Descriptions, Sales Collateral, White Papers, etc.

Collaborate with Sales team in presales support activities with product presentations, as needed

Support account teams in responding to customer RFPs and sales initiatives, as needed

Create Service Agreement templates with Legal, as needed

For this role, we anticipate paying $162,000k - $180,000K. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

A minimum 8 years of product management experience in Telco or Communications industry

A minimum of 3 years business or partner development

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and partners

Combination of experience working with large companies that have established best-of-class Product and Engineering practices as well as operating effectively at an early-stage technology company
