As part of this dynamic team, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the identity security space within our platform, shaping a groundbreaking product from its early stages and working alongside a core group of industry experts within the world’s leading cybersecurity company.

Your Impact

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expanding identity security capabilities
  • Customer Engagement - Collaborate with customers and field teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure our identity security solutions meet their needs
  • Roadmap Development - Co-develop and maintain the roadmap for identity security, prioritizing features and making informed trade-offs to balance innovation with practicality
  • Enterprise-Grade Features - Work with engineering, research, and UX/UI design teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade identity security features that seamlessly integrate within Cortex XSIAM
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other product managers and teams to break down silos and bring innovative, disruptive approaches to the platform
  • Performance Tracking - Define and track KPIs for identity security, continuously optimizing product performance against established goals
  • Product Evangelism - Work closely with product enablement, marketing, and sales teams to evangelize identity security solutions internally and externally, conducting demos and presentations

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, particularly in Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) or Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) domains
  • Deep technical expertise in security, data, and cloud technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, research, and UX/UI teams on complex and technical projects
  • Effective communicator, with strong verbal and written English skills, comfortable presenting to and engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Self-learner with the ability to quickly adapt to complex and dynamic environments, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to facilitate effective decision-making, prioritization, and planning within fast-paced, high-stakes projects
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task management, driving projects forward with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative team player with a broad perspective, fostering a culture of collective success and cross-functional cooperation
  • Educational background - BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience, with a preference for candidates who have specialized in cybersecurity
