We are looking for a data-driven, user-centric Sr. Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our consumer-facing alerts and notifications across our Direct and Indirect channels.  In this role, you will manage the alerts portfolio and lead in the productization of new alerting capabilities across all consumer channels. You will balance the technical challenges of deliverability and platform infrastructure with the creative challenge of designing engaging, high-value consumer touchpoints. Your goal is simple: deliver the right message, to the right user, on the right channel, at the perfect time

What you'll do

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for all consumer-facing notifications across SMS, Push, and Email.

  • Performance Optimization and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing and reporting on alert delivery health, engagement, opt-out rates. Monitor and identify areas of improvements.

  • Partnership and Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of new alerting capabilities and enhancements.

  • Work closely with backend platform and infrastructure teams to ensure alerting platforms can scale efficiently by providing high delivery, low latency capabilities to support growing alerting volumes.

  • Vendor Solution Management: Provide support managing internal and vendor based alerting solutions and platforms Monthly/Quarterly. Monitor internal and vendor performances to the agreed metrics and SLAs. 

  • Compliance Management: Ensure all alerting solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer alerting, overseeing the migration and management of our new Consumer Engagement Platform (CEP) and Mobile Marketing Platform (MMP) infrastructure.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for consumer payment ,addressing any issues or challenges that arise post-implementation.

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours may be needed to collaborate with cross-functional global engineering and marketing teams.

  • We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.  

What experience you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically focused on notifications, CEP platforms, MMP tools or high-volume transactional products.

  •  Platform Product Management: Strong background in productizing backend services into consumer-facing features or reusable APIs.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Proven experience navigating digital privacy and communications regulations (TCPA, CASL) across North America.

  • Requirement Delivery: Demonstrated success leading Agile teams managing complex product backlogs across global architectures.
