About the role

Gamma helps people turn ideas into presentations, documents and other visual work. The next challenge is making that work consistently useful for a whole company. A salesperson opens Gamma for a customer deck. Their brand team needs confidence in how the company looks and sounds. Different teams need room to adapt their work while sharing standards, assets and knowledge. AI opens up new ways to serve all of them, and creates new questions about quality, control and trust.

You’ll own Gamma’s B2B product direction, with an initial focus on brand management and repeatable creation workflows. You’ll also lead the core workspace capabilities that IT, Security and Compliance teams need to deploy and manage Gamma at scale. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll build with the Workspace team and partner with Design, AI and other product teams. You’ll work directly with creators, brand leaders and enterprise buyers to understand their needs, choose where Gamma should invest and ship improvements that earn continued use.

Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What you'll do
  • Own the B2B product roadmap, using customer insight and data to prioritize brand management, creation workflows and enterprise platform capabilities.

  • Understand how employees create work today, where brand teams spend time repairing or reviewing it, and what prevents companies from trusting the result. Turn those insights into simple experiences for bringing a company’s brand and materials into Gamma, creating with them and keeping them useful over time.

  • Partner with Design and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into simple product experiences, from early exploration through launch and iteration.

  • Define how we’ll evaluate quality and reliability in AI-generated work. Use product data, output reviews and customer research to decide what to improve.

  • Connect better customer outcomes to repeated use, retention and expansion. Make clear choices about which requests to pursue and which to decline.

  • Technical fluency to reason about AI reliability and evaluation, alongside enterprise requirements for security, permissions, scalability and data governance.

  • Curiosity about how customers work, comfort leading those conversations and the ability to build trust across different stakeholders.

  • Build the core workspace platform that IT teams and admins need to deploy and manage Gamma at scale, including identity, provisioning, permissions and content ownership. Work directly with customer Security, Legal and Compliance teams to ship practical controls for auditability, data handling and content lifecycle management.

What you'll bring
  • A track record of shipping products that improve how people create, collaborate or get work done, with examples of the decisions you personally drove and the results.

  • Experience building for businesses within a product-led company, including the needs of both employees and enterprise buyers.

  • Strong first-principles thinking and hands-on quantitative skills. You can identify the problem behind a request, compare approaches, explain what evidence would change your view and combine data with direct observation to evaluate what you’ve shipped.

  • Close collaboration with Design and Engineering. You care about craft, can simplify complex concepts and help a team reach a clear decision.

  • Technical fluency to reason about AI reliability and evaluation, alongside enterprise requirements for security, permissions, scalability and data governance. You’re curious about how customers work, comfortable leading those conversations and able to build trust across different stakeholders.

  • Experience with creative tools, collaborative software, content workflows or brand management.

Compensation range:

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $225K - $290K plus benefits & equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.

If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people.

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis
