The Opportunity

As a Sr. Product Manager in our B2B Scores organization supporting our solutions outside the financial services industry, such as Safe Driving and Insurance related scoring products, this individual contributor role will support the one-to-three-year strategy, roadmap execution, and work closely with senior product management.  You will work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with analytics, client services, legal, marketing and distribution and other partners to support the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization—ensuring our Scores products continue to deliver trusted, high-impact solutions to the industry.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Support market research and voice of customer initiatives to identify emerging trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics that inform product direction.

  • Synthesize intel from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to generate insights that shape short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring continued relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores offerings.

  • Work with key data and technology partners to support and enhance product offerings.

  • Support external engagements, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will include co-developing and delivering training program and supporting the creation of materials for speaking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

  • Author business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to guide development and ensure alignment with market needs.

  • Partner with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure product designs align with applicable regulations; lead established compliance processes and deliver required documentation on schedule.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated expertise in product management; knowledge in driving telematics solutions for insurance and driving safety a plus.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with increasing responsibility and a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact and commercially successful results.

  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap and strategy.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly through verbal, written, and visual formats to sales, technical, and leadership audiences.

  • Intellectually curious, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

  • Collaborative and low-ego approach, fostering strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve goals.

  • Willing to do what is needed, taking on a variety of responsibilities to drive product success.

  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours; 10-15% of travel to meet with clients and attend industry conferences.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $114,800 to $180,400 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
