Coupa Pay is the leading global payment platform, offering a one-stop shop for B2B payments and financing needs so companies can pay smarter. By partnering with leading financial institutions and payment technology providers, Coupa continually delivers customer value while meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Pay team, you will drive product initiatives that deliver innovation, strengthen adoption, and unblock customers. This role calls for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust across teams, and uses data to inform decisions. You bring a strong bias for action, deep curiosity about how our products work end-to-end, and a genuine desire to make both customers and colleagues successful.
What you’ll do:
- Lead product design and requirements across complex, cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Growth teams to align on scope, dependencies, and delivery approach.
- - Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give internal teams (Product, Growth, Leadership) clear visibility into product adoption, usage, and customer health.
- - Act as a go-to subject matter expert for customer escalations, partnering with Support, Services, and Engineering to diagnose issues and drive them to resolution.
- - Translate customer feedback and usage data into clear product requirements and prioritization recommendations.
- - Support and help scale internal and external enablement (webinars, documentation, training) so Support, Services, and Customer Success teams can operate more self-sufficiently.
- - Represent the product in customer-facing settings, including advisory boards, escalation calls, and adoption reviews.
What you bring to Coupa:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through to delivery, coordinating effectively across Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience building or using dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau) to drive product and business decisions.
- A track record of resolving complex customer issues and turning escalations into durable product or process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, "roll up your sleeves" mindset paired with sound judgment on when to lead and when to support.
- Comfort operating with incomplete information and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Payments, Procurement, or related Finance/Procurement domains.
- Familiarity with SQL and comfort querying data directly to answer product questions.
- Experience working with or presenting to customer advisory boards or executive audiences.
- Global Wellness Days: Enjoy two designated, company-wide paid wellness days off each year (typically the first Friday in March and the last Friday in September) so the entire global team can unplug, step away, and recharge together .
- Birthday Time-Off: Celebrate your day! Coupa provides a paid day off on your birthday or another day of your choice within your birthday month .
